  It looks like this place has started to go downhill over the last month as I have read another very similar review to mine from one week ago.
  
  I bought a gas washer dryer combo here about a month ago and the washer doesn't work (it is in continuous drain mode) and the hose is messed up/ leaking.
  
  I texted back and forth with the owner for a couple of weeks and he promised he would get someone out to my place for $70 to fix it. For some reason he seems to be unable to get his person out to my place to help me fix it, even though he said he would a bunch of times.
  
  Unfortunately, he stopped responding to my texts about a week ago. So, now I am trying to figure out how I can get this fixed without having to spend hundreds of more bucks on it.
  
  I guess, keep in mind that even though it may seem like a good deal upfront when you buy something from here, you better have a backup plan if it ends up not working and they end up being unresponsive to help you fix it.
